Toyo Tires® Celebrates 60th Anniversary

CYPRESS, CA (January 18, 2005 ) -- Toyo Tires® announces the 2005 celebration of the 60th Anniversary of Toyo Tire & Rubber Co., Ltd. of Osaka, Japan, parent company of Toyo Tire (U.S.A.) Corporation. Year long activities around the globe will include events hosted by Yoshio Kataoka, President and CEO of Toyo Tire & Rubber Co., Ltd.

Founded on August 1, 1945, the Toyo Group now boasts sales subsidiaries in the United States, Canada, Australia, China, United Kingdom, and the European continent (Germany).
