• Exhibitor Reservations Filling Up Early for 2005 Off Road Expo® •

Arcadia, CA (March 5, 2005) -- Even though Off Road Expo® is months away, exhibit space for the show is being reserved at a record pace again this year with seniority exhibitors committing to larger areas than ever before. The fact that Off Road Expo® has sold out yearly since the inaugural event in 2000 is well known to our previous exhibitors, who continue to reserve their space earlier each year. Space reservations have been open since last October and will not be assigned to new exhibitors until March 15th. Anyone with seniority that has not yet reserved space will need to act soon because there are a number of new exhibitors on the waiting list for space. Although much of our available space has already been committed to repeat business, there are still a number of prime locations available.

The fact that every year a majority of our space is taken by repeat customers is an important statistic to Bob Bower, Vice President in charge of Marketing and Sales for Off Road Expo®. “We are pleased to have gained such a high degree of acceptance from our previous exhibitors,” said Bower. “The fact that so many of our customers return each year is an endorsement that we’re pleased to have earned and tells me that Off Road Expo® is delivering quality results and meeting their high expectations.”

Scheduled for October 8th and 9th, 2005, Off Road Expo® will again be presented in Halls 4, 5 & 6 and surrounding grounds at the Fairplex in Pomona where last year’s show played host to a record crowd of over 40,000 off-road enthusiasts. As we prepare for the 6th anniversary of the Off Road Expo® we are right on schedule in almost every aspect of our planning for the 2005 show. Currently, Show Producer, Guy Petersen is looking into several new attractions designed to make this year’s Off Road Expo® an even more enjoyable experience for enthusiasts while keeping the aisles filled for our exhibitors.
