KC Hilites offering more than $100,000 in awards
for 2005 CORR Lucas Oil Series season

Indianapolis, IN (March 22, 2005) -- By providing more than $100,000 in product and cash for the 2005 season, along with an Associate Sponsorship with the CORR Lucas Oil Series, KC Hilites is once again exhibiting their passion for off-road racing.

“The racers that are competing and using KC Hilites products have supported KC Hilites for over 30 years,” said Jim Conner, CORR Contingency Director. “We owe them these contingency awards for making KC Hilites so visible at all off-road events.”

In addition to their substantial Contingency package, KC Hilites is also supporting a Year-End Championship for the drivers using KC Hilites. In 2004, Stock champion Keith Steele won the award over Mark Steinhardt (2nd) and Michael Seefeldt (3rd).

The exposure KC Hilites receives at the track and on Speed Channel has been a tremendous asset for the company.

“We are trying to re-establish our name in the off road market and our involvement with CORR is helping us accomplish this by putting our name in front of the off-road enthusiast,” said Michael DeHaas, President and CEO of KC Hilites.

With more than 30 years of development, KC Hilites’ involvement in off-road racing helped hundreds of races and fans, initiating a variety of products that can be used by everyone.

“KC has introduced a full line of front end light bars that mount to factory bolt hole locations so there is no drilling,” said DeHaas. “Most of the bars have four light tabs on them which will accommodate KC’s 8 inch Rally 800 lights. KC will be further expanding this front lite bar program later this year.”
