DIRT SPORTS Magazine hits newsstands across the
United States and Canada
SANTA
ANA, CA (April 13, 2005) -- Seven months
after its introduction, DIRTsports Magazine will join the impressive list
of publications distributed
to leading retail stores in the United States and Canada by Curtis Circulation
Company. DIRTsports made its newsstand debut at outlets with its April/May
issue appearing on March 15. DIRTsports can be found at more than 7,000
major retail outlets including Kroger's Markets, 7-11s and Winn-Dixies. The
retail
cover price is $3.99 in the U.S. and $4.99 in Canada.
"We're pleased to partner with a company of Curtis' reach and stature.
In addition to our publication, Curtis represents notable titles such as National
Geographic, Maxim and The Economist," said Jim Ryan, publisher of DIRTsports. "Our
audience has already signed up for subscriptions offered through our Web site
and at events, but joining Curtis will allow us to expand our reach and exposure
to a broader range of off-road motorsports enthusiasts," Ryan continued.

Since its launch last August, DIRTsports has reached some significant milestones.
The magazine owns 10% market share after just five issues; 75% of the advertiser
base is unique to DIRTsports; 80% of the 2004 advertiser base are repeat
in 2005 and the magazine has secured more than 100 off-road retail outlets
for exclusive off-road market distribution in the seven months since its
inception.
