Donahoe Racing’s 2005 Ford FSD 7” Suspension System

Anaheim, CA (August 15, 2005) -- Donahoe Racing is proud to announce that their Ford SuperDuty 7” inch is now available! Donahoe Racing engineers have been testing this system for months, making changes and enhancements in order to provide the best ride on the market for this system. Donahoe Racing is pleased to provide our customers with two options regarding this kit. We have developed the Upgrade System which will provide customers with an additional 2.5” of lift; and our 7” coil-spring system providing our customers with 7” of lift that is guaranteed not to sag.

The upgrade system:
Donahoe Racing engineers wanted to provide our current customers with the option to “Go Big” without loosing the investment that have in their current system. To that end, Donahoe Racing has developed this upgrade system for those customers that have the DR 4.5” lift. This upgrade will provide an additional 2.5” of lift over their current 4.5” system. By utilizing most of the Donahoe Racing 4.5 SuperDuty components, this system: maintains an incredible ride; unbeatable performance; allows for 38” tires; and gives customers options on both shocks and rear springs.

Shock options:
• 2005 Ford SuperDuty Front DR Shock for 7” lift
• Ford SuperDuty Front DR Reservoir Shocks
• Ford SuperDuty Rear DR Reservoir Shocks

Rear Options:
• 5” Rear Leaf Springs & 12” Rear U-Bolt
• 6” Rear Block & 17” Rear U-Bolt

The complete 7” system:
This system has been tested for months and is ready for release. Our engineers worked from the ground up to develop the best riding system at this ride height. Donahoe racing felt that no-one else offered a 7” lift and wanted to fill this need in the market by providing customers with a true 7” lift provides the best ride on the market.

Shock options:
• 05 Ford SuperDuty Front DR Shock for 7” lift
• 3”-6” DR Rear Shock
• Ford SuperDuty Front DR Reservoir Shocks
• Ford SuperDuty Rear DR Reservoir Shocks

Rear Options:
• 5” Rear Leaf Springs & 12” Rear U-Bolt
• 6” Rear Block & 17” Rear U-Bolt

Some outstanding features of include:
• Ride height adjustable.
•Sway bar, bump stop and brake line relocation
• Accommodates up to 38” tall tires
• New truly progressive 7” lift Dual Rate Coil springs.
• Rear options for shock, and block or springs
• Reservoir shock options.
• Pan-rod relocation bracket
• Radius Arm Drop Bracket
• Pitman Arm
• Caster/Camber correction kit.

• A digressive piston design that will handle the toughest off-road terrain and smooth out the ride on the highway.
• New front mono-tube signature series shocks specifically valved DR Shocks developed to match our system and your truck for the best possible suspension performance available today

Donahoe Racing is able to achieve this high performance satisfaction by using desert racing technology and knowledge learned through 30 plus years of racing, including a victory at the 2004 Baja 1000, as a base-line in all of our designs. This desert racing experience allows the designers to know what a stock truck needs in order to meet the demands of the high performance driver who wants more than just a lift kit, but rather the tools to test the limits of their own driving abilities.

This kit is not the last of our SuperDuty product line for 2005 FSD; coming soon is our new 4-link kit; 2.5 and 4.5 coil-over systems; and multiple shock systems all designed with the serious off-roader in mind.

This kit will be available at all of Donahoe Racing’s retail distributors for more information contact Donahoe Racing Sales Department at (714) 632-3033 or visit www.donahoeracing.com
