Off-Road Racing (CORR) Series

CHULA VISTA, CA (Sept. 28, 2005) -- Carl Renezeder, John Greaves and Jeff Kincaid again demonstrated BFGoodrich® Tire’s dominance in the world of off-road racing by winning Championship Off-Road Racing (CORR) championship titles in the Pro-4, Pro-2 and Pro-Lite classes respectively at the Nissan Off-Road Nationals presented by Lucas Oil in Chula Vista. These victories once again reinforced BFGoodrich Tire’s title as the “World’s Toughest Off-Road Tire” with its fifth straight sweep of the CORR year-end Pro-2, Pro-4 and Pro-Lite class championships.

Entering Round 13, Carl Renezeder came off of two straight victories, overtaking Scott Taylor for the Pro-2 division lead. Renezeder would be the first driver since Ricky Johnson (1998) to unseat Taylor as the division champion. Renezeder raced to victory on BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A®KR tires, part of the family of the “World’s Toughest Off-Road Tires.”

Jeremy McGrath, seven-time AMA Supercross Champion, also made headlines in Chula Vista riding on BFGoodrich Tires, providing a welcomed boost to the team earning fifth place in the Pro-2 class in Round 13 and an astounding fourth place finish in Pro-2 in Round 14.

In the Pro-4 class, John Greaves edged out competitor Renezeder by sweeping rounds 13 and 14. Greaves raced to the championship in the Pro-4 class on BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A®KR tires. In the Pro-Lite class, Jeff Kincaid battled for victory and came out triumphant with his third straight win overall and the division championship for the fifth time in the last six years. Kincaid raced to victory on BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A®KM tires.
