Arciero-Miller Racing Announces New Sponsorship from Oakley; Team Signing Sponsors at a Record Pace

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif. - - Oakley, Inc. (NYSE-OO), has signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement with Arciero-Miller racing, it was announced today. Oakley will be aboard the SCORE-International Trophy Truck when Ryan Arciero and Mark Miller attempt to win this year's Tecate SCORE Baja 500 June 2-4 in Ensenada, Mexico.

The Arciero-Miller sponsorship is the latest addition to those already under the Oakley Racing Division umbrella. In NASCAR, Oakley sponsors NASCAR champions Tony Stewart, Bobby Labonte and Matt Kenseth, as well as NASCAR NEXTEL Cup drivers Kasey Kahne, Elliott Sadler, Michael Waltrip, Jamie McMurray, Brian Vickers and J.J. Yeley. In Formula 1, Oakley sponsors Team McLaren driver Juan Pablo Montoya and American Red Bull Driver Scott Speed. Oakley's IRL sponsorship is centered on Target Chip Ganassi driver Scott Dixon, and in the NHRA, Oakley is the primary sponsor for 2005 NHRA PowerAde Funny Car champion Gary Scelzi.

"Oakley has a long-standing relationship with the Arciero Family," Todd Hayes, Sports Marketing Manager, Oakley Racing Division said. "They're targeting the Baja 500 and the Baja 1000, the two largest off- road races in North America. It makes perfect sense for Oakley to be part of their program. We want to be there the next time they conquer Baja."

"I had a personal sponsorship from Oakley before, but now they've really stepped up and are an associate sponsor on our truck," Arciero said. When you think of Oakley, you think of quality, innovation and trend setting. That's exactly what Arciero-Miller is all about." Arciero-Miller sponsorships are at an all-time high. In the last month, the team has announced new or enhanced sponsorships from UMI Racing Technology, Racepak Data Systems and KMC Wheels in addition to today's Oakley announcement.

Arciero-Miller Racing is a partnership between SCORE Trophy-Truck drivers Ryan Arciero and Mark Miller. The team operates out of its shop in Foothill Ranch, Calif. Arciero and Miller won the SCORE Baja 500 in 2002 and '03. The 2006 event is set for June 2-4 in Ensenada, Mexico.
