With more than 15 years of racing experience, Martensen Motorsports has returned to the world of off-road desert racing. Our first race back in the desert was the Best in the Desert Parker '425' in February, 2004. The debut race for teammates Rob Martensen and Rich Roberts ended with a Class 1100 First Place victory.

Rob has competed in many series including the now defunct MTEG and PACE stadium series' to IMCA Modified dirt track racing. Rich, a former 5 Unlimited class champion, and renowned gearbox builder has a strong desert racing background. As with any sport, race teams are only as good as its members, and Martensen Motorsports has a team rich with knowledge and drive to succeed.
