The Legendary Adelanto Grand Prix
Las Vegas, Nevada - The 22nd Annual Adelanto Grand Prix is primed for the 30,000 to 40,000 spectators expected this February 23 & 24, 2002, in Adelanto! The Desert Vipers MC and Best In The Desert Racing Association have teamed up to host the Largest Motorcycle and Quad Off-Road Event in the country! The Legendary Adelanto Grand Prix is just that, it’s Legendary! Legendary in the amount of spectators it attracts, Legendary with the famous Triple, Mud Jump, and Over-Under, and each year it attracts the biggest names in Pro Motorcycle and Quad racing you can find! In fact, this year’s Grand Marshall is the Legendary Larry Roeseler! Larry, a past “King of Adelanto,” is legendary in the off-road world and is considered one of the best all-around motorcycle riders in the United States! The Legendary Adelanto Grand Prix has something to offer everyone interested in the off-road racing world!

The high desert town of Adelanto is just over the El Cajon Pass from the Los Angeles area near the city of Victorville. The City of Adelanto welcomes the off-road race enthusiasts and prepares for this event all year long! The first race begins at 7:30 am on Saturday, February 23, and races continue throughout the weekend.
